SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1 Our vendors offer shipping throughout India within 7-14 working days.
4.2 Shipping times and dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Shipping is done only by our vendors but status of shipping can be tracked through our website or vendors website.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
5.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
5.4 Personalized items and damaged items are not refundable. You can also make videos while unboxing items for easy returns.
CANCELLATION
6.1 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and
6.2 Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted.
6.3 Cake and chocolate orders cant be cancelled and available only payment before delivery.
